Formal recruitment is an exciting learning and growing experience. It is a time to discover the many opportunities sorority life offers and how each chapter contributes to campus life and the Chapman community.

Potential new members will learn about each sorority's values, philanthropies, obligations, time commitments, and membership requirements. As you visit each chapter, you will meet their members and discover how each individual uniquely contributes to their sorority.  

Formal recruitment consists of four rounds of parties where potential new members and sorority women participate in a mutual selection process for potential new members to join one of Chapman University’s National Panhellenic Conference sororities.
