DEI IN PANHELLENIC
The Chapman University Panhellenic Plan for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is an ongoing conversation based on DEI initiatives from Panhellenic members, Panhellenic executive officers, chapter leadership, the DEI committee, and the Chapman community.
This plan ensures that the Chapman Panhellenic Executive Board and the 9 sororities recognized on Chapman’s campus have a unified vision and will take direct action to create long-lasting change in relation to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Greek community.
OPEN DEI MEETINGS
The DEI committee meets every week, working together towards building a stronger foundation of diversity, inclusion, and equity throughout all Panhellenic chapters.
Open DEI meetings are hosted once a month by the DEI committee. They are open to the entire Panhellenic, greek life, and Chapman community. These open meetings serve as a platform for the community to bring up any issues or new ideas to the committee.
