PANHELLENIC EXECUTIVE BOARD
Chapman Panhellenic's Executive Council is made up of eight women from a diverse makeup of chapters, all dedicated to Advancing Sorority Together. The board believes that Panhellenic is a community where women are able to empower and support one another. Individually, each member works on tasks specific to their position. Together, these women collaborate on how to better the Panhellenic community. Please feel free to contact any of our members for inquiries!
ANNA CORDES |
The president is the spokesperson for the Panhellenic community and serves as a liaison between other organizations and the Orange community. She presides at all weekly Panhellenic Council and Executive Office meetings and supports all members of the Panhellenic community.
The Vice President of Recruitment plans and executes Formal and Informal Recruitment from the help with chapter Recruitment chairs on a biweekly or weekly basis. She answers any questions and address concerns on the recruiting chapter's side of recruitment.
The Director of Recruitment assists in general recruitment planning by working closely with PNMs (potential new members) and Rho Gammas around recruitment time to ensure a successful recruitment. She is responsible for organizing and facilitating PNM info sessions and recruitment kick-offs, as well as creating and facilitating Rho Gamma applications for the upcoming spring formal recruitment.

VICE PRESIDENT OF ADMINISTRATION
The Vice President of Administration is responsible for recording minutes for Panhellenic Council and Executive Office meetings, and manages all Panhellenic general and recruitment budgets.

VICE PRESIDENT OF SCHOLARSHIP & STANDARDS
The Vice President of Scholarship & Standards ensures the Panhellenic community upholds all rules (bylaws, COVID-19 Standing Rules). She also promotes academic scholarship in the community and coordinates Panhellenic scholarships for each semester.

VICE PRESIDENT OF PROGRAMMING
The Vice President of Programming is responsible for planning and executing Panhellenic programming (social, education, service, etc.) She also collaborates ideas with IFC for Greek Week, and works with VPCA to create diversity and education related programming.
The Vice President of Community Advancement is responsible for coordinating Fall Philanthropy Open House. Serving as the chairwoman for the Panhellenic Diversity & Inclusion Committee, she also collaborates with Civic Engagement, Cross Cultural Center, C.A.R.E.S and Vice President of Programming to create diversity education related programming.
The Vice President of Public Relations maintains social media presence of Instagram, Chapman Panhellenic website, Facebook, etc. She is responsible for promoting all Panhellenic events by working closely with representatives from all Panhellenic chapters, and creating designs geared towards recruitment.
