The Chapman University Panhellenic Plan for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is a live document based on DEI initiatives from Panhellenic members, Panhellenic executive officers, chapter leadership, the DEI committee, and the Chapman community. This plan ensures that Chapman Panhellenic Executive Board and the 8 sororities recognized on Chapman’s campus have a unified vision and will take direct action to create long-lasting change in relation to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Greek community.
